One day, they throw me in the corner of

their closet.

Cell phones and Ipods on

And I become a distant memory in

their room.

I sat there, looking at them text, listening to their music, hearing their laughter

A thing I used to bring

In the hearts I loved

But years later they will pick me up

I will see the love I once had,

Given back to me as if they loaned it

I see a new life form,

Glowing almost like pearls

As they give me, the teddy bear to their

Young, naive sister
